A lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, Dwan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in economics from Hofstra University in 2019 and went on to attain his law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021.
After passing the bar exam in 2021, Dwan worked as an associate at Corbally, Gartland and Rappleyea LLP, where he concentrated on commercial and civil litigation, debt collection actions and real estate. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
