Marking the 23rd anniversary of the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001, Empire City Casino by MGM Resorts, located in Yonkers, New York less than two miles from New York City, lit its iconic porte cochère blue on Wednesday, Sept. 11, to honor those lost 23 years ago and to celebrate the unbreakable strength and resilience of New York.
