CT REALTORS® (CTR) recently honored Bryan Tunney as the 2025 state REALTOR® of the Year. The association made the announcement during its October Board of Directors meeting. The statewide award annually recognizes a REALTOR® for outstanding effort as well as service to the community, the real estate industry and the REALTOR® organization.
“It’s so meaningful to be recognized by your peers,” said Tunney. “I’ve been a part of this organization and industry for many, many years and I value it. It’s a great group of people and I’m very humbled.”
Tunney serves on the CT REALTORS® 2025 Executive Committee as first vice president and will serve as president-elect in 2026. He previously served four years as CT REALTORS® treasurer and was president of the Greenwich Association of REALTORS® from 2022 to 2024. He was honored as the Greenwich Association REALTOR® of the Year in 2013 and inducted into the Greenwich Association’s Hall of Fame in 2023. Tunney has been a REALTOR® for more than 20 years.
2025 CT REALTORS® President Steve Miller said, “Bryan is a true leader. He’s a steady voice, a team player and tremendous resource for his colleagues and clients. I have personally worked with Bryan as a member of CTR leadership for many years. He has been and continues to be a tremendous asset to our team.”
Tunney will be recognized during the National Association of REALTORS® annual conference in November in Houston.
He is the executive vice president, managing director of sales at Brown Harris Stevens in Greenwich and is actively involved in the Greenwich community, especially to Greenwich Youth Lacrosse as a founding member and long-time coach.
