Emmanuel (Manny) Louis, was recently elected corporator during the June 26 Corporators meeting of First County Bank. Corporator is a unique role offered to community representatives and thought leaders, who promote the mission and vision of the bank to individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations in the communities the bank serves.
The Board of Directors of First County Bank recruits corporators who are successful in their business or profession and have strong knowledge of the communities in which they serve. Corporators play a critical role in a mutual community bank, including assisting the bank in increasing its visibility and credibility in the community, advising the bank on community and customer needs and supporting the bank’s business development.

Louis is the CEO of R3 Services LLC, which has been based in Norwalk since 2005, providing small local businesses to nationwide Fortune 500 companies with managed IT and cybersecurity services. R3 is a resource for its clients looking for secure networks beyond firewalls, antivirus solutions to protect company data and supports the implementation of VoIP and Cloud Solutions. Louis attended the University of Connecticut majoring in information systems, and lives in Trumbull, Connecticut.
