Rachel Gould grew up in Cheshire, Connecticut and graduated from Cheshire High School in 2008. During high school, she received the business student of the year award, and decided she wanted to pursue a career in Accounting. Gould graduated from Fairfield University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and received her Masters in Accounting from Fairfield in 2013. During her time at Fairfield, she was on the Deans List all four years, was secretary of Beta Alpha Psi, and worked as an accounting tutor. She obtained her CPA certification in 2015. After college, Gould started her career in public accounting at Blum Shapiro and was awarded Rookie of the Year. After her time in public accounting, she obtained private accounting experience. In July of 2018, she joined Aquarion Water Company as the Accounting Manager. During her spare time, you can find her at Orange Theory Fitness, shopping, or spending time with friends and family.
