Valley128 Holdings LLC, a Greenwich investment holding company that owns a controlling interest in the regional home maintenance services provider HomeSquare, has acquired Hinged, a Westport-based provider of a cloud-based platform that connects property owners with home service providers.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
HomeSquare has offices in Stamford, Scarsdale and Pleasantville and serves clients in Westchester and Fairfield Counties, while Hinged”™s service providers are primarily based in Fairfield County.
