The Ayn Rand Institute will be hosting a free watch-and-listing party on June 14 focused on the groundbreaking 1959 broadcast where Mike Wallace gave Ayn Rand her first television interview.
Rand”™s interview with Wallace marked the first time that many people saw the controversial writer explain Objectivism. In the upcoming event, viewers can learn the backstory to this still-compelling conversation while learning how Wallace helped raise Rand”™s visibility following the 1957 publication of her novel “Atlas Shrugged.”
