Bob Pellerin, a Montreal-based author, has released the world’s first artificial (AI)-written science fiction poetry book.
Pellerin”™s “Artificial Intelligence’s Lament: Science Fiction Poetry from the Digital Frontier” was written almost entirely by an AI system, with advanced machine learning algorithms taking the place of human-fueled poetic sensitivities. According to Pellerin, the book”™s verses represent “a unique and captivating journey into the vast reaches of space and the human experience, combining the worlds of science fiction and poetry in a way that has never been done before.”
But Pellerin doesn”™t really need AI to ghostwrite for him ”“ he has been writing for over a decade on topics ranging from security to finance to electric vehicles. He is also president of Cobaltium Inc., which provides consulting services in virtualization and manufacturing processes.
