The Westchester Industrial Development Agency approved $30,000 in sales-tax exemptions for London Luxury, a New Rochelle home products business, County Executive Rob Astorino announced Aug. 23.
London Luxury develops, designs, sources, manufactures and markets home products for licensed brands and major retailers, including Arm & Hammer, Claritin, Elizabeth Arden, The Sharper Image, Macy”™s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco and JetBlue Airways.
The company plans to hire a dozen full-time employees and two part-time employees in the next year as it looks to expand its business and offerings.
As part of its expansion, London Luxury will relocate to a much larger space with additional offices and design studios, according to a statement from Astorino”™s office.
The project also includes the purchase or lease of business equipment, office furniture, fixtures and equipment.
In addition to its headquarters, London Luxury has sourcing and quality-assurance offices in Shanghai, Istanbul and Delhi, and a showroom located on 5th Avenue in Manhattan.
