Brokers at Friedland Realty Advisors in Harrison have closed on five industrial property sales and leases in southern Westchester County that totaled more than $5.9 million for more than 183,000 square feet of space.
Friedland industrial broker Andy Grossman was the lead broker for both the buyers and sellers of two properties in Mount Vernon and Ardsley. Those deals were:
Ӣ 200 South 14th Ave. in Mount Vernon, a 26,748-square-foot property, was sold by Palmbrite Realty Corp. for $1,825,000 to 200 South 14th Ave. LLC.
Ӣ 642 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley, a 12,500-square-foot warehouse space, was purchased by BRB Development Co. for $1,325,000 from 642 Saw Mill Properties Inc.
Grossman also brokered the $900,000 sale of 0.52 acres of land at 229 Saw Mill River Road in Elmsford for both the property”™s former owner, Corporate Car RE, and the new owner, MTS Realty Corp.
In White Plains, Troop Realty Corp. leased 14,400 square feet of industrial space at 201 Ferris Ave. to Thriftland USA. Friedland Realty broker Steve Kornspun was the senior managing broker renting the property in a long-term lease.
In Yonkers, Gezco Realty Co. LLC sold 252-C Lake Ave., a 43,000-square-foot building on 26,000 square feet of land, for $1,170,000. Friedand brokers Tony Lembeck and Peter Cokin represented the seller and the buyer, 716 Columbus LLC.
