Norwalk-based LBB Specialties (LBBS), a specialty chemical and ingredients distribution company focused on the North American market, has hired Mike DeGennaro as senior vice president of food and nutrition.

In his new job, DeGennaro will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and executing the business and commercial strategy for the company”™s food and nutrition vertical. DeGennaro was previously global business vice president for hygiene, home and personal care at Arxada, and earlier in his career he was vice president for commercial operations ”“ Americas at Lonza.
