W. R. Berkley Corp. (NYSE: WRB) has named Lee Iannarone as senior vice president and general counsel.
Iannarone succeeds Philip S. Welt, who will continue to serve as executive vice president and secretary. Prior to joining the Greenwich-headquartered company, Iannarone was general counsel and chief compliance officer at PartnerRe.
