“Unlock Your Power” is the theme of the inaugural Power Strides Live conference Sept. 20 at the Tarrytown House in Tarrytown.
The daylong conference focusing on professional and personal development is hosted by Power Strides L.L.C., a Tarrytown business founded a year ago by CEO Sharon Todd. The company provides marketing and sales strategy consulting services and life, career and executive coaching.
Misty Copeland, a soloist with the American Ballet Theatre, will be keynote speaker at the conference, which runs from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Copeland is also the new face of Under Armour advertising and author of  “Life in Motion,” a memoir that has made The New York Times bestseller list.
Some of the day”™s personal and professional development topics are personal branding, the power of mindfulness in the workplace and stopping self-limiting beliefs.
