Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker L.L.P., which operates New York metropolitan offices in White Plains and Manhattan, has launched a commercial services practice group.
“Our new practice will be comprised of a cohesive unit of multidisciplined attorneys dedicated to achieving our clients”™ commercial business goals,” said Thomas Manisero, partner at the White Plains office and chairman of the commercial practice, in a prepared statement. “We will devise and implement innovative solutions for all types of business transactions and disputes.”
Practice areas include: commercial transactions, contracts, sales and acquisitions, real estate acquisition and development, banking, equipment leases, loan workouts, collateral recovery, collections, bankruptcy and intellectual property.
Individual clients will also be represented in litigation areas including: commercial disputes, trade secrets, employment and noncompetition agreement disputes and UCC issues.
Wilson Elser operates 20 U.S.-based offices and employs 750 attorneys.
