The Stamford law firm Finn Dixon & Herling has announced the election of Jennifer Gong and Claire Stevens as partners.
Gong advises clients on executive compensation, employment, and employee benefit issues including matters that arise in mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes designing, drafting, negotiating, and implementing compensation arrangements, including incentive equity and deferred compensation. She also counsels companies in the negotiation of employment, separation, and non-competition agreements. Gong earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School and her B.A. from University of Washington.
Stevens works with investment advisers in connection with capital raising and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on the formation of private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. She also provides advice to clients in connection with a range of other issues including regulatory subjects and fundraising, and she represents institutional investors, family offices, and funds-of-funds in connection with transactional matters. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Marist College.
