The law firm of Knuckles, Komosinski & Elliott LLP extended its office lease at 565 Taxter Road in Elmsford and expanded its space to a total of 12,371 square feet, according to broker Howard E. Greenberg.
Greenberg, president of Howard Properties Ltd. In White Plains, represented the tenant in the deal.
The office building is in Taxter Corporate Park and is owned by Keystone Property Group, of Conshohocken, Pa. Keystone last year acquired it and four other office buildings in Elmsford and Tarrytown from Mack-Cali Realty Corp. as part of a nearly $231 million deal in which New Jersey-based Mack-Cali sold off 12 office properties in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut to shift its investment to the multifamily real estate sector.
