On Wednesday, July 24, real estate owner, operator and developer RXR hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Two Clinton Park, its newest and most luxurious residential tower in downtown New Rochelle.
Located at 50 Clinton Place, Two Clinton Park offers 390 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. The tower has nearly 24,000 square feet of amenities and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space, with views of the Long Island Sound, spacious layouts and high-end finishes.
Among those who were scheduled to attend the opening were Joe Graziose, executive vice president of development services, RXR ; Yadira Ramos-Herbert, New Rochelle mayor ; Wilfredo Melendez, acting city manager ; Adam Salgado, development commissioner ; Paul Vacca, commissioner of buildings ; Jorge Ventura, deputy commissioner of development ; and members of the city council.

In keeping with its strategy for downtown New Rochelle, RXR is holding the “Clinton Park Summer Series,” with free events on Saturdays through Aug. 24 in the Clinton Park Plaza between One and Two Clinton Park. Casaroma Cafe and The Lincoln Park Conservancy are partners in the series.
“Since RXR began its work in downtown New Rochelle nearly a decade ago, our vision was to create a community where people come together, grow and thrive, ” said Graziose. “Now, (with) the opening of Two Clinton Park and the completion of the public plaza, we encourage all New Rochelle residents and visitors to come downtown and make summer memories. The events include a dog fashion show (July 27) ; salsa and bachata lessons (Aug. 3) ; a plant workshop (Aug. 10) ; a local performing artists showcase (Aug. 17) ; and a community comedy show (Aug. 24). They take place 10 a.m. to noon, except for the comedy show (5 to 7 p.m.).
