But as anyone who has attempted any kind of substantial home improvement or remodeling knows, it’s a giant leap from sitting on the couch in your uncomfortable but familiar old living room, watching “makeover porn,” to taking the first step and calling in the contractors.
That’s where Remodeling Consultants, a 60-year-old family business based in Mamaroneck with a satellite office in Stamford, comes in. Specializing in complex large-scale renovations, reimagined home spaces, first- and second-floor additions, gourmet kitchens and primary suites, Remodeling Consultants operates with what it calls a “total-control” model to ensure homeowners’ satisfaction.
