Chef Brian Lewis, owner of the Full House Hospitality Group, with restaurants in Fairfield and Westchester counties, has announced Bana – the group’s new seasonal pop-up dining experience.
Across the counties, Bana will emerge in different locations, guiding guests on a culinary journey through various destinations. The first Bana will bridge New England and Japan with a tasting menu of locally sourced fish and vegetables – curated by Lewis and Full House Director of Operations Ralph Leon – at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at Wakeman Town Farm in Westport.
Founded in 2015, Full House Hospitality Group owns and manages The Cottage in Greenwich and Westport and Oko in Rye.
A quarter of the ticket proceeds for Bana will support Lewis’ new Family Meal Foundation, created to provide savory meals of comfort and support for those facing emotional and medical challenges.
Bana tickets are $200 per person or $275 per person with a special sake and wine pairing, inclusive of sales tax and a 22% service fee.
