MILFORD – The delivery provider GOFO Express has leased 11,735 square feet of space at 90 Woodmont Road, according to the broker Angel Commercial LLC of Southport.
This location will be the second in the state for GOFO Express, which has more than 20 across the United States. The other Connecticut location is in Hartford County.
The Milford property includes versatile industrial/flex space located in a light industrial zone. It is close to major transportation corridors — Interstate 95 (Exit 40), Route 15, and Route 1. The new site is also situated near the Walmart Shopping Center, the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall, and the Milford Metro-North Train Station.
Eva Kornreich, Vice President of Angel Commercial, LLC, represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
