The Foxwoods Resort Casino located on the Mashantucket reservation within Connecticut marked 32 years in operation on Feb 15.
To mark the occasion the Casino not only held a cake cutting ceremony but announced a number of major initiatives, which come after a year that saw the opening the new Pequot Woodlands Casino and the opening of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen.
The new initiatives will include renovations of the Fox Tower’s Hotel rooms and the revamping of the Renovation of the International High Limit Table Games Room. The Grand Pequot Tower will receive a new slot bar and renovated table games as well.
Food offerings at Foxwoods will also be expanded. Food Network featur
ed celebrity chef Zac Young opening Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream will provide sweet treats while Grace by Nia, described as “a modern day supper club and live music lounge” will offer an elegant new option for entertainment and dining.
