Meryl Bernstein, sales associate in Weichert, Realtors”™ Suffern office, was individually recognized for her exceptional industry success during November. Bernstein led the region in resales, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume.
The Suffern office was also recognized for outstanding performance in November, leading the region, which is comprised of offices throughout Orange, Westchester and Rockland counties, in resales and resale revenue units.
The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse of Dutchess County recently announced that the Dyson Foundation granted $200,000 for the “Stand Up for Children” campaign to purchase and renovate the new home of the center, which will enable servicing more children and families.
The center currently serves more than 15,000 children and adults in Dutchess County.
Orange County Business Accelerator (OCBA) recently announced Ellenbogen Creative Media as its newest associate client. Ellenbogen is a digital creative company that helps produce marketing, promotional or internal video content and delivers it across platforms from desktop to mobile, broadcast to broadband. Ellenbogen will set up facilities within the accelerator to complement the services it offers from its main office in Kingston.
OCBA in New Windsor is a business incubator program launched by the Orange County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) in partnership with the Orange County government. The incubator is designed to attract new entrepreneurial investment by providing businesses with below-market occupancy costs, a menu of mentoring programs and a high-tech plug-and-play office environment.
