The November Team LLC, a South Salem-based public relations and communications firm known for its work in earned media on behalf of  Republican clients in election campaigns, has formed a strategic business partnership with Scott Howell & Co., a political media consulting firm with Dallas and Washington, D.C. offices.
William F.B. O”™Reilly, partner at The November Team in a joint announcement said the partnership with a firm specializing in paid television, radio and digital media “will give TNT and its clients tremendous new capabilities in communicating with audiences across all media channels and platforms. It adds a host of new arrows to our quiver.”
Dan Allen, a principal at Scott Howell & Co., and a former Republican Party communications official at the national and congressional levels in Washington, previously served as communications director of the New York Republican Party.
