Organizers of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, presented by The Valley Table magazine, announced registrations are being accepted for the 2015 Spring Restaurant Week event, which will run March 9-22.
Restaurant Week celebrates the cuisine available in the Hudson Valley region, with a focus on sourcing local, sustainable, seasonal products. Restaurants can register until Jan. 30 at hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com or by calling 845-765-2600.
“If you”™re new to the area, it”™s a great opportunity to experience the variety of cuisine that”™s available,” Janet Crawshaw, the publisher of The Valley Table magazine and founder of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, told the Business Journal in advance of Fall Restaurant Week in 2014.
Organizers and restaurateurs tout Restaurant Week as an opportunity for consumers to try new restaurants and cuisines at an affordable price. Participating restaurants will offer lunches for $20.95 and three-course, prix fixe dinners for $29.95 plus beverage, tax and tip.
During the fall event, there were about 200 participating restaurants throughout Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Columbia and Ulster counties.
