Yonkers-based Leake & Watts, a childcare agency helping more than 8,000 at-risk children and families throughout New York City and Westchester County, appointed Nancy D. Hruska to the newly created position of senior director, program development, to help the nonprofit pursue and fund additional program opportunities. Hruska joins Leake & Watts after a 14-year career with New York City”™s Administration for Children”™s Services, where she served as executive director, data management and analysis, early care and education.
