In with the new and out with the old

The Southern Ulster Chamber of Commerce (SUCC) welcomed the warmth of the holiday season and said goodbye to a dismal 2009 at Rocking Horse Ranch in Plattekill, Wednesday evening, Dec. 16. The all-volunteer chamber enjoyed networking, dining and introducing its new president for 2010, Barbara Broulillard.  Among the 80 guests attending the chamber”™s dinner:
