Cambridge University Press will close its West Nyack warehouse, putting 42 employees out of work by the end of June, according to a notice filed with the state Department of Labor.
The academic press used the space at 100 Brook Hill Drive as a North American headquarters and distribution hub.
CBRE Group Inc. announced in October that it brokered the sale of the 100 Brook Hill Drive property to Diamond Properties. The 490,795-square-foot industrial building is anchored by PDI, a subsidiary of Nice Pak Products, a maker of wet-wipe products.
