AutoZone, the Memphis-based national auto parts company, has leased a 7,225-square-foot retail space in a new development at 218 Route 59 in Airmont in Rockland County.
The company”™s signing of a 10-year lease with options was announced by Royal Properties Inc. in Yonkers.
David Landes, principal of Royal Properties, said the Airmont location, near state Thruway Exit 14B, will cover the western part of Rockland County for AutoZone”™s business. Landes represented the landlord in the transaction.
AutoZone”™s neighboring retailers on Route 59 include Verizon, ShopRite, CVS, Outback Steakhouse, Dunkin”™ Donuts, Starbucks, Applebee”™s and Walmart.
