62K in Grants to Two Manufacturers

New Windsor-based Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. awarded economic development grants to two Kingston-based manufacturers: JBT Wolf-Tec, a manufacturer of processing equipment for the food industry; and Stavo Industries, a manufacturer of liquid filtration equipment. The $62,500 grants awarded to each company provide funds for infrastructure improvements to their nearby business campuses as part of Central Hudson”™s Shovel Ready economic development program. The companies also each received $100,000 Building Revitalization Grants from Center Hudson in 2013-2014 to fund renovations to the existing vacant buildings they now occupy.
