White Plains Hospital Physician Associates will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday to mark the opening of its new medical facility in renovated space in the Wykagyl Shopping Center in New Rochelle.
A division of White Plains Hospital, the physicians group has turned a vacant two-story, 18,000-square-foot building at 1296 North Ave., into a state-of-the-art medical facility. It is the group”™s first satellite practice and imaging center in the Sound Shore area.
The center will provide primary care, dermatology, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, endocrinology, obstetrical and gynecology, orthopedic and radiology services.
The ribbon-cutting will be at 5:30 pm Wednesday. White Plains Hospital CEO Jon Schandler and President Susan Fox will be joined by New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson and local business and community leaders.
