Hospice and Palliative Care of Westchester has rebranded its 24-year-old organization as Hospice of Westchester.
The private, nonprofit agency headquartered in White Plains also has adopted a new tagline, “Hospice of Westchester ”” Making the most of each day.”
Hospice of Westchester CEO Mary K. Spengler  in today’s announcement said the renaming is “a strategic step to help us stay relevant in the marketplace as we begin preparations for our 25th anniversary next year. Our name now reinforces what we provide, quality hospice care, and who we loyally serve, patients and families in Westchester County.”
“We are committed to offering a program that enables our patients to live as fully as possible in surroundings that are familiar and comfortable at a very delicate time of their life,” Spengler added. “Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping our patients make the most of each day, and we”™re thrilled that their passion is now succinctly reflected in all aspects of our identity.”
