 
Pinnacle Healthcare in Valhalla and Empire BlueCross BlueShield announced a new, multi-year contract agreement that took effect July 1.
Following publicized negotiations between the insurer and Pinnacle member hospitals including Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt Manor, Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle and Mount Vernon Hospital, Empire members will continue to have access to the hospitals as in-network providers.
