ABC Drugs, a 4-year-old pharmacy based in the Bronx, will open its first Westchester County location in the Purchase Professional Park, office park owners Simone Development Cos. and Fareri Associates announced.
The pharmacy, which operates three outlets in the Bronx and Harlem, will serve the Purchase office park”™s medical tenants and other doctors”™ offices along the I-287 corridor from an 805-square-foot space at 3010 Westchester Ave. The store will only dispense prescription drugs and other medicines.
The lease deal was brokered for the landlord by Glenn Walsh, executive managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank”™s Rye Brook office, the exclusive leasing agent for Purchase Professional Park. Alfredo Pujols, of WAP Realty Group Inc. in the Bronx, was the tenant”™s broker.
ABC Drugs President Rajan Kohli in the lease announcement said the new, independent pharmacy will soon be expanding to Connecticut.
