Dutchess County-based Health Quest closed Dec. 30 on its acquisition of Hudson Valley Heart Center.
Terms of the deal, first announced in September, were not disclosed.
Hudson Valley Heart Center has 25 physicians and nearly 200 employees serving more than 65,000 patients annually at seven office and hospital locations in Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, New Windsor, Rhinebeck, Modena and Highland. The Health Quest system includes Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie and several primary care, urgent care and specialty care clinics.
Officials at Health Quest and Hudson Valley Heart Center said the new partnership will give patients access to expanded services.
