Purchase-headquartered PepsiCo Inc. (NASDAQ:PEP) has inserted itself into the seemingly endless debate on whether pineapple goes on pizza via a new promotion with the Little Caesars restaurant chain.
Starting July 17 as a limited time offering, Little Caesars customers can order the “Pineapple Pair-Up Combo,” which includes a Pepsi Pineapple soda and a Large 2-Topping Thin Crust Pizza when purchased online for $9.99. Pepsi Pineapple made its debut in the summer of 2020 for a limited time and will be back exclusively at Little Caesars in a newly designed 16-oz. can.
