Greenwich Office Park has added a new café, Food Studio, as part of their expansion of amenities.
Located on the first floor of the property, Food Studio is operated by restaurateur Jody Pennette, president and owner of cb5Hospitality in Hawthorne. It is open 7:30 am to 5:00 p.m. daily and is being promoting as offering “both healthy and indulgent items.”
The Food Studio space encompasses 1,400 square feet with seating for 30 plus a private dining room available for rent to tenants which seats an additional 12. Catering and delivery services are also available for park tenants.
“Food Studio is a welcome addition to Greenwich Office Park,” said Christian Bilella, senior vice president of leasing and property management. “The new café is a convenient meeting space and gives us the opportunity to bring our tenants together to foster a collaborative and connected community.”
