Wine expert and Westchester resident Thierry Pradines recently opened Best Wine Purveyors, a wine and spirits store at 210 Marble Ave. in Pleasantville.
Pradines, a France native, was the former director of wine and spirits for Restaurant Associates Corp., a high-end food services firm within Compass Group, N.A.D.
Each day, Best Wine Purveyors  offers free tastings of eight different wines from its tasting bar, which has temperature controlled wine stations that keep the wine fresh. The store also offers the tasters free educational seminars on wine quality every Friday evening.
