Fairfield County”™s first new eatery for 2018 has been announced: Roost, which will open early next year at 1950 Post Road in Darien.
The restaurant will be owned and operated by Mike and Krista Pietrafeso, who run Ada”™s Kitchen + Coffee at 112 Riverside Ave. in Greenwich. The new restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a focus on ingredients sourced from local farms and vendors, as well as a beverage selection including coffees and teas from regional providers.
The eatery will join Danny”™s Cycles and Johnny & Co. as one of three ground-floor retail outlets in a newly constructed two-story mixed-use property, which includes residential units on its second story.
