A new food truck venture called Seaside Sliders by Mr. Frosty’s is providing catering services around Fairfield and Westchester counties.
Seaside Sliders by Mr. Frosty”™s is run by Anthony and Rosa Luciana, the owners of the Mr. Frosty”™s Ice Cream Shop in Norwalk. The new venture, which began operations last month, offers a lineup of slider-style hamburgers based on recipes by celebrity chef Marc Anthony Bynum, and the company”™s website states that they “use only all-natural, grass-fed beef, raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones.” Also on the menu are salads, Copps Island Oysters and appetizers.
Seaside Sliders by Mr. Frosty”™s has no immediate plans for roadside food service or expansion outside of Fairfield and Westchester counties.
