Greenwich”™s Leicht Kitchen Studio will be hosting a cooking class celebrating heirloom tomatoes on Aug. 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The class will be led by food blogger Karen Sheer and will include heirloom tomato panzanella salad, burst heirloom tomatoes over gluten free malfaldine pasta with three varieties of basil, grilled sea scallops with sun gold whipped tomato butter and summer white peach and raspberry cobbler. Sheer”™s recipes will use ingredients from local farmers”™ markets.
The fee for the class is $85.00 and reservations can be made by emailing Sheer at karen@azestforlife.com.
