Carvel Ice Cream announced it will be bringing back pistachio, one of its original soft serve flavors, for a limited time beginning on March 27.
The ice cream retailer is linking the return of the green-hued pistachio with the start of spring. The flavor will be available in several formats including soft serve, scooped ice cream, Flying Saucers and a Pistachio Crunchies Dasher layered with Pistachio soft serve, hot fudge and Carvel’s iconic chocolate Crunchies.
The arrival of pistachio flavored ice cream is mirrored by the departure at the end of March with Carvel”™s Mint Kit Kat Duo-inspired treats. These offerings, which debuted last December, feature layers of mint soft serve, bittersweet fudge, chopped Kit Kat chocolate candies and whipped cream.
