Teacher”™s Choice, an educational bookstore and learning center, has leased a 4,500-square-foot retail store in Scarsdale Park mall at 450 Central Ave.
The deal was announced by Aries Deitch & Endelson Inc. Julian Aronin, director at the Hartsdale brokerage, and Barry Endelson, the firm”™s president, negotiated the long-term lease.
Brokers said the Scarsdale retail center will soon be fully leased with the expansion of an existing tenant into a vacant store. Salon Centric, a national beauty supply chain, also recently opened there, they said.
