Xerox Corp., the Norwalk-based multinational document management company, recently announced it hired a business and operations senior leader. Sue Watts will assume her role as executive vice president of business and operations planning for Xerox Services on Nov. 24.
Robert Zapfel, president of Xerox Services, in a press release said Watts has led global organizations and business transformation initiatives in business process outsourcing, applications management and development and IT outsourcing operations.
“I’m confident she will strengthen our ability to deliver excellence to our clients and strong results for our company,” Zapfel said.
Previously, Watts was with Capegemini, a French consulting, outsourcing and professional services company, where she served as the CEO for its Americas business before leading delivery, human resources and transformation for the company’s application services. She also worked at Orange Business Services, a global IT and communications services provider, as the head of its Americas business, and at at Unisys, a global IT and services company, as vice president and managing partner of worldwide strategic planning and vice president and managing partner of North America global outsourcing.
