Middletown-based Wireless Zone has opened operations in Bridgeport.

DiBuono a Bridgeport resident will sell Verizon Wireless products and services.
The new store has opened on Main Street. DiBuono said that the comprehensive training and support the franchise provided has prepared his team for a successful launch.

Wireless Zone was founded in 1988 as The Car Phone Store. According to Sinclair, the Wireless Zone has more than 350 franchises spread throughout the Northeast and has opened more than 45 units in 2009.
