Luzern Associates L.L.C., a  Wilton-based real estate management company, recently purchased an $11 million retail and office building in downtown Westport.
Located at 180 E. Post Road, the building is home to Michele’s Pies and Destination Maternity. About 14,600 square feet of retail space is on the ground floor, while the second floor holds about 17,800 square feet of office space.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Al Mirin, Michael Gordon and Kate Schwartz represented the seller,  Baystreet Properties L.L.C. in the transaction.
