A Stamford online services provider launched a beverage management system March 19 to assist bars and restaurants with tracking inventory.
The Outfox Beverage System, developed by Outfox Solutions Inc., updates bar and restaurant managers on inventory availability, calculates when and how much product a restaurant should order, and shares orders with salespeople and distributors.
According to Outfox Solutions, the platform is already being used by Napa & Co. restaurant in Stamford and by Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurants in Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, New Haven and West Haven, and is capable of working in concert with any existing point-of-sale or accounting software used by clients.
Outfox Solutions was founded in 2002 by entrepreneur Ed Tatro.
