UConn Huskies to visit the White House

President Barack Obama has invited the UConn women’s and men’s basketball teams to the White House on Monday.

This year marked the second time the UConn men and women have won the NCAA national championship in the same season. The first time was in 2004.

This will be the eighth time the Huskies have made the trip to the White House as national champions and the fourth time they will be recognized while Obama is in office.
