The Art of Shaving opened its second store in Fairfield County at the Danbury Fair Mall.
Procter & Gamble Co. acquired the Miami-based retailer in 2009, and has since more than doubled the number of stores nationally to 80.
The Art of Shaving joins L.L. Bean and the Microsoft Store among new arrivals at Danbury Fair Mall, with handbag and accessories retailer Vera Bradley also on tap to open a store there this summer.
Separately, Pilgrim City Furniture is opening a new store at a former Bob”™s Stores site at 114 Federal Rd. in Danbury. At its Milford store, Pilgrim City generates more than half its electricity from solar panels.
