Sullivan retires from Norwalk’s STAR

Brian Sullivan of Shelton is retiring after 15 years of working at Norwalk-based STAR Inc., a nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities, in addition to providing support services to their families. Sullivan previously served in STAR Inc.”™s financial department as both a bookkeeper and business manager.
