Robert Lewis, partner at Westport-based Vidal Wettenstein L.L.C., announced the recently completed sale of 200 Pequot Ave. in Southport for $2.35 million.
The 13,000-square-foot office building was originally the  Southport headquarters of law firm Pullman and Comley.
Lewis was the sole broker involved in the transaction. He said in a statement the new owners have plans “to breathe new life into this extremely well-located property with a complete renovation to be undertaken shortly.”
The building is situated in central Southport Village, a walk to the Southport train station, the Delamar Hotel, fine restaurants and many other conveniences.
The broker must be dancing a jig about now. Big $$$!
